Manhattan Loft
First stage
The Goals
The goal of this Roblox project was to recreate a characteristic loft in Manhattan, New York. The style of the interiors had to be minimalist with wood and white elements as main focus. In addition the entire map had to recreate the Manhattan vibes with some skyscrapers similar to the New York ones.

Environment:
The map had to include some elements relative to the Manhattan area such as skyscrapers.
Interiors:
The interiors had to be minimalist with wood and white elements with a luxury vibe in both textures and assets.
Second stage
Initial concept
This project is designed to embody the quintessential Manhattan Loft style, blending luxury and urban sophistication in its interiors. The goal is to craft a space that not only reflects the industrial chic and spaciousness typical of a Manhattan loft but also exudes opulence and comfort. For the exteriors, we envision constructing majestic skyscrapers that capture the essence of the city’s iconic skyline, providing an unmistakable Manhattan vibe.

Third stage
Development
The development of Manhattan Loft in Roblox followed 3 main steps, the creation started from the blueprint of the Manhattan Loft with its multiple rooms in order to understand its dimension.
After that the creation of the scene's skyscrapers of was the second part which then led to the texturing, setting up the light system and QA testing the apartment.

Delivery
After many weeks of work Metatheory Studio team is proud to have completed the development of the Manhattan Loft, hitting all of the targets that have been highlighted at the beginning of the project.
