Seaside Villa

First stage

The Goals

The goal of this Roblox map was to recreate a villa on a single island with fine interiors, a surrounding green environment, a swimming pool on the back, multiple floors with a living room and other essential rooms. Another important element are social area to invite friends and potentially host events as well.

  • Outside Pool

The following elements were highlighted:

Villa:
A modern villa with luxurious interiors as well as spacious areas on the surroundings of the building.

Social areas:
The ability to have certain areas available for players to invite friends and host events as well.

Second stage

Initial concept

The project's initial concept for the Seaside Villa saw the creation of the main building in the center of the island, followed by the creation of the swimming pool on the back and ultimately the surrounding green environment.

After those elements were sketched we worked on the interiors starting from the fundamentals of each room followed by the actual interior's style and details.

Third stage

Development

The development stage of the Roblox map Seaside Villa started with the development of the basis of the island, followed by the creation of the main areas on the surface and subsequently assets and elements on the exteriors and interiors were developed.

Villa: This contemporary villa features luxurious interiors and extensive spaces around the building, crafted for both comfort and aesthetic appeal.

**Social Areas: Specific areas within the facility are designated for socializing, allowing players to gather, invite friends, and organize events, thereby enriching the community experience.

Second stage

Initial concept

The initial concept of the Seaside Villa project envisioned the central main building strategically placed in the middle of the island, serving as the focal point of the development. Following this, plans were laid out for an elegant swimming pool to be constructed at the rear of the villa, complemented by lush, expansive green surroundings to enhance the serene atmosphere.

Once these exterior elements were carefully drafted and conceptualized, the design team shifted their focus to the interiors. The process began with establishing the basic layout and functional requirements of each room, ensuring a logical and fluid arrangement.
