First stage
The Goals
Venture Suite was conceived and executed with precision, addressing specific challenges and objectives outlined by our client. The experience has been developed in the Spatial metaverse to match the client's needs.

The goals outlined by the client were creating a meeting room that could see at least 8 people comfortably setting in front of a big screen that could support screen sharing features; a conference room that was developed in a vast space allowing the host of big events and, last but not least, networking spaces to boost social interactions between users inside the space.
Second stage
Initial concept
Venture Suite was conceived to be a sophisticated metaverse space in Spatial, designed for virtual collaboration and innovation. With a futuristic reception, networking zones, meeting rooms, and a grand conference room, it was designed to offers a dynamic ecosystem for users to connect, collaborate, and create. Features such as screen-sharing and live chatting were essentials to be included.

Third stage
Development
During the Development Process the following areas have been developed:
Reception Area: A futuristic hub with an AI-powered virtual concierge welcomes avatars, providing information and facilitating connections. Interactive touchpoints allow users to access event details, connect with others, and explore the suite's different sections.
Networking Zones: Strategically placed throughout the space, these zones encourage spontaneous connections and collaboration. Private corners facilitate intimate discussions, while open areas accommodate larger gatherings, simulating organic interactions found in physical spaces.
Meeting Room: Equipped with cutting-edge audio and visual technologies, the meeting room supports structured discussions. Users can host or join meetings, share documents, and collaborate in real-time, with customizable settings for different types of discussions.
Big Conference Room: At the center of Venture Suite, the grand conference room is designed for large-scale events, conferences, and presentations. Advanced streaming capabilities, a virtual stage, and customizable features create an engaging and memorable experience for attendees.
